Who sells Keelmint

Keelmint is made by Dimitris Milathianakis ("we"). Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record: Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, issues the invoice and handles sales tax and VAT. Their buyer terms apply to the payment itself.

What you buy

A licence to use the Keelmint source code: Solo for one developer, Team for up to ten developers in one company. What each licence allows is set out in the Keelmint licence, which is part of these terms. Prices are shown on the pricing section and are one-time payments, not subscriptions.

Delivery

After payment you receive a license key by email. On the claim page you enter it with your developers' GitHub usernames, and GitHub invites them to the private Keelmint repository with read access. You can add and remove developers yourself, up to your licence's limit.

Updates and support

While your licence is in good standing you have access to the repository and to the releases we publish there. We do not promise a release schedule, specific features or support response times. The documentation is public at docs.keelmint.com; questions go to hello@keelmint.com.

Refunds

Because you receive the complete source code, purchases are final once repository access has been granted. The documentation is public so you can check that Keelmint fits before you buy. If you have not claimed any access yet and write to us within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Losing access

If a payment is refunded or charged back, or the licence is breached, the licence ends and repository access is removed, as described in the licence.

Liability

Keelmint is provided "as is", without warranty. You are responsible for the products you build with it, including their security, compliance and operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
