KEELMINT COMMERCIAL LICENCE

Keelmint is commercial software. It is not open source. This licence applies
to everyone who has bought a Keelmint licence (Solo or Team). If you have not
bought one, you may not use, copy or keep the Software.

1. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the Keelmint source code, documentation, assets and every
update to them that you receive, in whole or in part, modified or not.

"Licensor" means Dimitris Milathianakis, the author of Keelmint.

"Licensee" ("you") means the person who bought the licence, or, for a Team
licence, the company or organization that bought it.

"Developer" means one named individual who has access to the Software's
source code.

"End Product" means an application, website or service that you build with
the Software and whose main value comes from your own features, not from the
Software itself. A SaaS product, an internal tool or a client's application
is an End Product. A template, boilerplate, starter kit, code generator,
library or course is not.

2. LICENCE TIERS

Solo: one (1) Developer.

Team: up to ten (10) Developers who are employees or contractors of the
Licensee. You may replace a Developer (for example when someone leaves), as
long as no more than ten have access at the same time.

The tier you bought is shown on your receipt. To add Developers, upgrade or
buy an additional licence.

3. WHAT YOU MAY DO

Subject to this licence, the Licensor grants you a perpetual, worldwide,
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

(a) use, copy and modify the Software, by the number of Developers your tier
    allows;
(b) build an unlimited number of End Products, for yourself or for your
    clients, commercial or not;
(c) deploy, host, sell and charge for those End Products;
(d) give a client the source code of the End Product you built for them, so
    that they can run and maintain that End Product. The client may not use
    the Software to build any other product unless they hold their own
    licence.

4. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not:

(a) sell, sublicense, share, publish or give away the Software, in whole or
    in substantial part, modified or not, except inside an End Product as
    allowed in section 3;
(b) use the Software to create a template, boilerplate, starter kit, code
    generator, library, course or any product that competes with Keelmint;
(c) put the Software's source code in a public repository or any other place
    where people without a licence can read it;
(d) give access to the Software's source code to more Developers than your
    tier allows;
(e) remove or change this licence or the copyright notices in the Software.

5. UPDATES AND ACCESS

You get access to the Software's private repository and to the updates the
Licensor publishes there for as long as your licence is in good standing. The
Licensor is not obliged to publish updates, to add features or to provide
support, and may stop maintaining the Software. The versions you already
received remain licensed to you under these terms.

6. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE

The Software depends on open-source packages (for example Angular, NestJS and
Prisma). Those packages stay under their own licences, which this licence does
not change.

7. TERMINATION

This licence ends automatically if you break it. When it ends, you must stop
using the Software and delete every copy you control, and your access to the
repository is removed. End Products you deployed before the breach may keep
running, unless the breach is of section 4(a) or 4(b).

8. NO WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
THE SECURITY, COMPLIANCE AND OPERATION OF THE END PRODUCTS YOU BUILD.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, THE LICENSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT,
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR
DATA, ARISING FROM THE SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENCE. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL
LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE LICENCE.

10. GENERAL

This licence is the whole agreement between you and the Licensor about the
Software. It is governed by the laws of Greece. If a part of it cannot be
enforced, the rest still applies.
