Browsing the site
keelmint.com sets no tracking or advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics. Our host, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and requested page) to operate and secure the service.
Buying a licence
Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, collects your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and taxes. We receive the order details (name, email, country, what you bought) to deliver and support your licence. Card details never reach us. See the Lemon Squeezy privacy policy for their processing.
Claiming repository access
On the claim page you send your license key and your developers' GitHub usernames. We use them to activate a seat on your licence (stored by Lemon Squeezy as part of the licence) and to invite those accounts to our private GitHub repository (stored by GitHub as collaborators). We keep no separate database of them.
If you write to us, we keep the conversation to answer you and for our records.
Legal basis and retention
We process this data to perform the contract you enter when you buy (delivery, access, support) and to meet our legal obligations (accounting records). Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires; repository access lasts as long as your licence.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hello@keelmint.com. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or the authority where you live.
